The working session and possibility explorer

Your answers and scenario numbers are processed in your browser. These tools do not submit them to HPT, store them in browser storage or send them to an AI service. A page refresh clears the session. A downloaded working plan is saved on your device, under your control.

Email enquiries

Choosing an email link opens your email application. Nothing is sent automatically. If you send an email, Hughes Performance Technology receives the information you include and your email address so Peter can respond. Avoid sending confidential information before the appropriate handling has been agreed. Your email provider’s privacy terms apply.

Meeting bookings

The booking link opens Google Calendar. Google processes the contact details, chosen time and any booking answer you provide and makes them available to HPT to arrange and prepare for your conversation. Google sends the invitation and reminder, and provides the Meet link. Your workshop answers are not automatically attached to a booking or sent to the HPT pipeline. You decide whether to share a downloaded plan or email summary.

The booking service is loaded only when you follow the link. Its use is subject to Google’s privacy policy. HPT uses booking information to manage your enquiry, not to automatically enrol you in outreach.

Browser assistants

Where your browser supports it, an assistant can change the selected focus and read the working plan on your behalf. This can include text you entered. The site does not independently send it to an assistant; use your browser’s controls to decide what your assistant can access.

Technical requests

This website does not include advertising cookies or analytics tracking. It uses fonts already available on your device and does not load an embedded booking calendar or third-party analytics.

Our web server records each request, including your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser and referring page your software reports. We use these records to serve the site, investigate faults and protect it from abuse, which is our legitimate interest in running a secure service. The logs rotate weekly and are kept for about a month, then deleted. The site is hosted on our own server in France.

Who is responsible

Hughes Performance Technology Limited is the controller for personal information handled through this website. It is a company registered in Ireland, number 559430, with its registered office at Cranny House, Inver, Co. Donegal, F94W8C6.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to how we use it. Write to peter@hpt.ie or to the registered office above, and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963 (dataprotection.ie).
